Located in close proximity to Sydney's business disctrict and fringed by easy-to-reach sandy beaches the Darlinghurst Campus is the organisation's main base of operations.

St Vincent's Hospital
St Vincent's Hospital is Australia's second oldest hospital. A major public and principal referral hospital, it specialises in heart/lung transplantation, bone marrow transplantation, cardiology, cancer, HIV medicine, respiratory medicine, mental health as well as drug and alcohol services. The hospital operates a major Emergency Department, providing trauma services for the Sydney CBD. It has a long-standing reputation for treating high acuity and complex patient loads, attracting referrals on a state-wide and national basis.

St Vincent's Hospital is a teaching hospital of the University of NSW and has academic and teaching associations with the University of Notre Dame Australia, the Australian Catholic University, the University of Sydney, the University of Technology Sydney, the University of Tasmania and Curtin University of Technology.

Sacred Heart Hospice
Operated by St Vincent's Public Health Service, Sacred Heart provides palliative care and rehabilitation services. It is one of Australia's largest and leading inpatient palliative care providers and offers a community service to support patients at home. The Rehabilitation Department provides a consultation service to St Vincent's Hospital, St Vincent's Private and Sydney Hospital.

St Vincent's Private Hospital
St Vincent's Private Hospital is recognised as one of Australia's leading private acute medical and surgical hospitals. As part of the Darlinghurst campus, St Vincent's Private works closely with St Vincent's Hospital and Sacred Heart Hospice to offer an integrated range of services for patients seeking either public or private healthcare.

The hospital participates in campus wide teaching programs and provides funding for the Sisters of Charity Outreach. St Vincent's Private is a teaching hospital of the University of NSW and the University of Notre Dame.

• Sisters of Charity Outreach - Sisters of Charity Outreach was formed in 1990 and operates from our Darlinghurst Campus to raise the status of women and families in metropolitan Sydney and rural NSW.
• Mercy Foundation - Operated by the Sisters of Mercy and funded by the Mater Hospital, the foundation provides practical support for those working to eliminate poverty and create a more just social order.
